There are a number of things that can either make or break us during difficult times. Due to the current state of things and the changing times.

You can develop resilience just like a muscle by engaging in the activities listed below:

  • Be in the company of positive and good people.
  • Spend time with those that value and adore you.
  • Don’t drain or shame people.
  • Receive a lot of physical connection, such as hugs.

Make a connection to a force greater than yourself

A wider goal or plan can be quite beneficial. Find a source of power greater than yourself and your issues, whether it be through meditation, prayer, or faith. I frequently discover that prayer actually works wonderfully for me.

Seek outside assistance

Do not rely solely on meditation or self-help books.

You don’t have to deal with whatever you’re going through alone; seek assistance, whether it comes from a life coach or a therapist.

Do what you can to obtain legal assistance.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, it may be worthwhile to seek assistance from a financial expert who may offer guidance on how to combine debt, possibly lower your tax liability, etc. Each little bit counts.

there are two decisions we can make that can empower us when we are in an impossible circumstance. One is to acknowledge the predicament. The other is to take action to alter what we can.

  • Your Gratitude

What is going well in your life, as opposed to what is happening poorly? Do you have a home? water and food today? clothing covering your back? Fantastic! Examine your other options.

Assist others

Being of service and helping others can help us break free from the self-imposed chains that keep us inside our own minds. It also serves as a reminder that we are not alone in our suffering as humans. This reminder can help us feel less alone and isolated by bringing us together.

Positive thinking

This one is obvious and more difficult to implement. But like with other things, getting better over time is key. How do I believe this is going to happen? you may be asking.  The next time you notice yourself worrying about the future. why not at least make an effort to envision how things might develop in the best-case scenario?

Ultimately

“And this, too, shall pass away” No matter how good or how horrible something may be, it will not stay forever. It implies that everything is transient and fleeting. Problems have a limited shelf life and will soon pass. The widespread belief that both positive and negative experiences in life are transient and neither good nor bad times stay forever.
