Shloka Translation
BG – Ch. 6- Ver. 29:

One who has mastered yoga and has equanimous vision sees himself in all creatures and all beings in himself.

Explanation

God himself, in the form of his different forces, is a component in all that exists. “Just as the sun, while remaining stationary, spreads its light across the universe, so the Supreme Lord, by his different powers, penetrates and supports all that exists.” In the light of realised knowledge, enlightened yogis see everything in relation to God.
The perfected meditator, according to Shri Krishna, sees himself in all creatures and all beings in himself. Without actually practising meditation, it’s difficult to grasp what this means. The words “he sees his self in all beings” imply this stage of the accomplished meditator’s vision. Another point raised in this shloka is that “seeing” is not limited to the sight. Wisdom has given birth to this vision. The “third eye” is a term used to describe this type of vision.
Disparities are the source of suffering. Begin by considering the matter from the perspective of the other person. Everyone is a victim of vasanas, or one’s own nature. Even when you are aware of your shortcomings and are making an effort to improve, change is difficult. Then, instead of contempt and hatred, compassion and empathy take their place and you become pleasant.

Verse & what we can learn

The ability to see oneness is a test of spiritual growth. You see yourself in all creatures, and you see yourself in all beings. This occurs as a result of your identification with the subtler aspects of yourself. When you identify with your body, you might see the most separation. When you identify with the intellect, your oneness grows. Despite the fact that each one is unique and distinct, you have a common feeling about them all. There is a sense of relief.
You can perceive Atman everywhere if you identify with the Spirit inside. You transcend above physical differences, emotional preferences, and intellectual preconceptions to recognise the one uniting Spirit pulsing through all beings. This is bliss .

To acquire knowledge and to implement that knowledge in life one needs to be mentally and physically active and healthy and for that daily meditation is a great tool.

There are various types of meditation like Buddhist meditation, heartfulness meditation, mindfulness meditation, meditation for stress, and each meditation benefits are countless. There are also numerous meditation techniques for beginners which help in practicing daily meditation so go ahead and start your journey towards a peaceful and balanced life.

In the Next verses, Shri Krishna tells Arjuna more in deapth about this oneness.
