Shloka Translation
BG – Ch. 6- Ver. 30:

I am never lost to those who see me everywhere and see all things in me, and they are never lost to me.

Explanation

To let the mind wander away from God is to lose God, and to remain with him is to unite the mind with him. Learning to see everything in relation to God is a simple method to integrate the mind with him. When the mind becomes connected to a person it separates from God. If we train our minds to see God in that person, we will think, “The divine is seated in this person, and so I am feeling this attraction,” every time our minds wander toward him or her. The mind will retain its devotional absorption in the Supreme in this manner.

Our self-interest rests in maintaining the mind in God in some way, and the simplest way to do so is to see God in everything and everyone. We should strive to see Ishvara in everything and everything in eshwara. Shri Krishna could take the shape of Ishvara. It might be any other deity with whom we have a great attachment. It’s also possible that it’s our guru. We should be able to see Ishvara’s form as the highest, regardless of whatsoever shape we choose.
Most of us believe that Ishvara, or God, is a mysterious figure or force who resides somewhere far away. However, Shri Krishna tells us in this shloka that he is everywhere in the Gita. To think in this way, you must make a significant mental shift. Because Ishvara is present in everything, everything in Indian culture can become an object of worship, from a tree to a stone to a book. What’s needed is the kind of insight that comes from contemplation. As a result, if we sincerely believe that the entire world is Ishvara in our chosen form, there will never be a time when we are separated from Ishvara.
