One among the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy, Sankhya Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy. Its name was obtained from the Sanskrit word “Sankhya” and it means ‘number’ or ‘enumeration’ which shows its analytical approach in explaining reality.
