ZenTrades Surpasses a Major Service Jobs Milestone, Built Exclusively for Fire, HVAC, and Electrical Contractors

New York,  Aug 25: ZenTrades, a field service management platform built specifically for fire protection, HVAC, and electrical contractors, announced its customers have completed more than 400,000 service jobs on the platform since launch. The milestone reflects fast, steady adoption from contractors looking for software built around their trade, not adapted from a generic tool.

Unlike broad, one-size-fits-all field service platforms, ZenTrades was designed from day one around the specific realities of fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work. Compliance tracking, dispatch, and inspection workflows are built to match how these trades actually operate, rather than retrofitted from software designed for a dozen unrelated industries.

“Four hundred thousand jobs in this short a window tells us contractors are getting real value fast,” said Anshika, Onboarding head at ZenTrades. “We built this platform for trades, not that focus is exactly why adoption has moved this quickly.”

The milestone lands as digital adoption across the trades continues to accelerate. Contractors face growing pressure to document compliance, reduce missed inspections, and do more with smaller crews. ZenTrades customers have leaned on the platform to manage that shift, one job at a time, since the company’s founding.

ZenTrades plans to keep drawing on this growing dataset to help contractors spot patterns in scheduling, compliance, and technician efficiency, insights that are hard to come by without real, trade-specific usage data at scale.

ZenTrades serves contractors across the United States and Canada through its ZenFire, ZenElectrical, and ZenHVAC products.
