ICAI Launches IFSCA-Recognised Certificate Courses to Build Regulatory Excellence in IFSC

Aug 13: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India through its Financial Markets and Investors’ Awareness Committee, launched two specialised Certificate Courses aimed at strengthening the professional capabilities of Key Managerial Personnel and enhancing regulatory compliance within the International Financial Services Centre ecosystem.

The two courses, Certificate Course on Regulatory Framework for Fund Management in IFSC and Certificate Course on Regulatory Framework for Capital Market Intermediaries and Listing Requirements of IFSCA were launched recently at Gift City, Gandhinagar by Shri K. Rajaraman, Chairman, IFSCA in the presence of Shri. Pradeep Ramakrishnan, Executive Director, IFSCA; CA. Jay Chhaira, Chairman, FM&IAC of ICAI; CA. Hans Raj Chugh, Vice-Chairman, FM&IAC of ICAI; and other Central and Regional Council Members of ICAI.
The Certificate Course on Regulatory Framework for Fund Management in IFSC has been recognised as an eligible Certificate Course under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Regulations, 2025 and is specified for Key Managerial Personnel of Fund Management Entities in IFSC.
The Certificate Course on Regulatory Framework for Capital Market Intermediaries and Listing Requirements of IFSCA has been recognised as an eligible Certificate Course under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Regulations, 2025 and is specified for Key Managerial Personnel of Capital Market Intermediaries in IFSC.
