Shloka Translation
BG – Ch. 1- Ver. 42: All sorts of community endeavours and family welfare initiatives are ruined as a result of the terrible conduct of the family tradition destroyers.
Explanation
The four orders of human society, along with family welfare initiatives as defined by the sanatana-dharma or varnasrama-dharma institution, are made to help a person achieve ultimate salvation. As a result, when society’s irresponsible leaders violate the sanatana-dharma tradition, chaos results and people lose sight of their true purpose in life—divine. People who follow such leaders will undoubtedly be led into turmoil. Such leaders are referred to as blind.
Reflection
