Shloka Translation
BG – Ch. 5- Ver. 26:

Ultimate liberation is accessible from all sides to the seeker who has understood the everlasting essence, who is free of desire and anger and has subdued the mind.

Explanation

Karma sanyasa is also acceptable for someone who is fully isolated from the world. It has the advantage of not diverting time and energy to worldly responsibilities, allowing one to devote oneself entirely to spiritual practise. According to Shree Krishna, real karma sanyasis make rapid growth and enjoy tranquilly everywhere. They achieve perfect serenity in this life and in the afterlife by suppressing their desires and wrath and subduing their minds.
Purified senses, mind, and intellect provide peace. With their mind and thoughts oriented within, the sanyssis discover an ocean of serenity within, regardless of outward conditions. Then, once their internal system is in working condition, they experience the same tranquilly everywhere and are liberated in this world.

According to Shri Krishna, a wise person who has associated with the everlasting nature receives liberation from all directions. To put it another way, such a smart person is liberated while alive and stays so after death. Bhagavad Gita gives a step-by-step route to liberation. First following Karma Yoga, then receiving instruction and understanding about the eternal essence. Internalization is completed in the final step through dhyaana yoga or meditation.

Verse & what we can learn

Brahman provides liberation to those who are free of desire and anger. Anger is a desire that has gone wrong. When a person’s desire is repressed, he or she becomes angry. Desire is conquered by the three yogas of Karma, Bhakti, and Jnana. The most important aspect is to strengthen the intellect and being alert at all times.

Meditation is the mastery of one’s mind and senses. During meditation, the subtle intellect is employed to keep the mind focused on one thought and prevent it from drifting to another.

To acquire knowledge and to implement that knowledge in life one needs to be mentally and physically active and healthy and for that daily meditation is a great tool.

There are various types of meditation like Buddhist meditation, heartfulness meditation, mindfulness meditation, meditation for stress, and each meditation benefits are countless. There are also numerous meditation techniques for beginners which help in practicing daily meditation so go ahead and start your journey towards a peaceful and balanced life.
