Le Meridien Navi Mumbai Appoints Firoz Sarwar as Director of Sales
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Firoz Sarwar as Director of Sales, Le Méridien Navi Mumbai. With over 18 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Firoz brings a wealth of expertise in sales and business development strategy, revenue generation and high-performance team leadership.

Known for his strategic business acumen, attention to detail and collaborative leadership style, Firoz has successfully driven market expansion and brand growth across leading luxury hotel portfolios. His career spans prestigious hospitality brands including Marriott, Accor, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts.
An MBA (Marketing) institute topper and scholarship holder, with a B.E. in Information Technology, Firoz combines strong analytical capability with deep market understanding. He began his hospitality journey with The Leela Goa (now The St. Regis Goa) and went on to play a pivotal role in the grand launch of Accor’s first luxury hotel in India Sofitel Mumbai BKC, contributing to its successful market positioning.
Most recently, Firoz served as Associate Director of Sales at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, where he led teams across Mumbai, Pune and Mahabaleshwar. His focused efforts in developing the wedding and social events segment resulted in significant revenue growth and strengthened the hotel’s market presence.
In his new role as a Sales Leader at Le Méridien Navi Mumbai, Firoz will spearhead sales strategy and business development initiatives, with a focus on strengthening the hotel’s positioning as a premium urban lifestyle destination, driving sustainable revenue growth and market share, enhancing brand visibility and elevating overall guest experience.
