The best way to get the best output or results, is to make people love their work and to motivate them to do their work whole heartedly, but, not out of compulsion. We can get best out of the people, only, when those who do the work, feel that, yes, I should give my best. To do this, the team leader or the manager, has to keep motivating the members. - It is not always possible for everyone to give 100% all the time. It is obvious that people go through their low phases in life and hence fail to accomplish their tasks. In such situations you need to console them and give confidence to them. You have to show your faith in them in these times.
