The best way to get the best output or results, is to make people love their work and to motivate them to do their work whole heartedly, but, not out of compulsion. We can get best out of the people, only, when those who do the work, feel that, yes, I should give my best. To do this, the team leader or the manager, has to keep motivating the members. • Sometimes people work with fear, out of lack of knowledge or experience. In such instances, you have to show faith in them and make them realize that, they can overcome it with experience and by gaining skills.
• You should make the team mates realize, that you shall extend your support, in case, they may need any assistance or guidance. This gives them way to open up and perform well in a healthy environment.

• The best way to motivate any team member is to mention their positive points, skills, or strengths. Make it a point that you mention them their strengths and skills again and again, this motivates them to do the best.
• Every team member, at some point must have contributed to the overall success of the team, recognize it and convey him/her how his/her contribution in the team has been the cause of the success.
• It is not always possible for everyone to give 100% all the time. It is obvious that people go through their low phases in life and hence fail to accomplish their tasks. In such situations you need to console them and give confidence to them. You have to show your faith in them in these times.
• Make them imagine about their future, detail them how their performance is going to develop a better future for them. This will motivate them to do the work perfectly.
• Most of the people work for the sake of work; they don’t have any goals and dreams in life. You should encourage the teammates to set goals and dreams for themselves. This will help them to improve themselves in all ways and people will give their best.

• Think sincerely about the development of the teammates at individual level and team level. As they realize that you are interested in their individual growth and development, career wise or job wise, they will always listen to what you say with respect and execute it sincerely.
