Noida Film City to House World’s Largest Integrated Content Creators’ Incubation and Lab Ecosystem
Noida Film City is set to become home to the world’s largest integrated Content Creators’ Incubation and Lab Ecosystem, marking a major milestone in India’s rapidly expanding creator economy. Announced as part of the broader vision outlined in the Union Budget 2026, the initiative positions India at the forefront of global creative innovation.

According to filmmaker Boney Kapoor, the proposed ecosystem is envisioned as a first-of-its-kind platform where creators will go beyond institutional learning to launch full-fledged careers, develop intellectual properties (IPs), and build globally scalable creative businesses. Designed as an end-to-end incubation and production environment, it aims to nurture talent across the entire creative value chain, spanning long-form cinema, OTT content, and emerging digital-first formats such as vertical dramas and short-form episodic storytelling.
Anchored within the Bayview Bhutani Film City in Noida, the integrated ecosystem will bring together filmmakers, YouTubers, gamers, musicians, podcasters, storytellers, and a wide spectrum of audio-visual innovators under one unified destination. The initiative is expected to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, enable large-scale content creation, and help creators monetize their talent on international platforms.
The Film City will feature state-of-the-art studios, advanced technology hubs, structured incubation labs, mentorship by industry leaders, and engagement with celebrated cinematic legends. With a curated mix of iconic and visually striking locations, the destination is poised to emerge as a global landmark for creative production and innovation.
The development reinforces the government’s commitment to Make in India and Viksit Bharat, while unlocking new economic opportunities, employment generation, and international recognition for India’s vibrant and fast-growing creator community.
