From Baraat to Ballrooms: Novotel Mumbai Wedding Showcase 2026
Mumbai, June 3: Novotel Mumbai International Airport, in collaboration with All For Love by Accor, successfully hosted The Wedding Showcase 2026 on 23rd May 2026, transforming the traditional wedding exhibition format into an immersive celebration of modern Indian weddings.
Bringing together couples, families, wedding planners, luxury partners, HNIs, media representatives, and industry professionals, the showcase offered guests an opportunity to experience every aspect of a wedding celebration under one roof.
Moving beyond a conventional exhibition, The Wedding Showcase 2026 recreated the grandeur, traditions, and emotions of an authentic Indian wedding. Guests were welcomed with a traditional aarti and tika ceremony, followed by a grand red-carpet entry and energetic dhol performances that set the tone for the evening.
A key highlight was the live mock wedding experience, designed to help guests visualise every stage of a wedding celebration in real time. The experience featured a vibrant baraat procession complete with a ceremonial ghodi, traditional wedding drums, dhol players, and lively baraatis, recreating the excitement of a real wedding arrival.
Guests explored seven beautifully transformed ballrooms and event spaces, each showcasing distinct wedding themes and celebration styles. The outdoor venue spaces were also reimagined with a Haldi-inspired lawn setup, capturing the colour, warmth, and intimacy of one of India’s most cherished pre-wedding rituals.
Dedicated Wedding Specialists stationed across the venue offered personalised consultations, helping couples and families explore venue options, décor concepts, hospitality services, catering, and curated guest experiences.
The showcase also brought together leading names from the wedding and luxury industry, including Ozone Events, Royal Decorators, CaratLane, Wedding Saga, Sonal Studios, Raaj Gharana, KALKI Fashion, and Lakmé, creating a one-stop destination for wedding inspiration and planning.
Complementing the experience was an extensive culinary showcase featuring lavish buffets and interactive live stations. Guests enjoyed Indian, Asian, Continental, Mediterranean, and regional specialties, alongside thoughtfully curated vegan offerings, reflecting the hotel’s expertise in crafting bespoke dining experiences for celebrations of every scale and preference.
