Innovartan Technologies Appoints Anwar Sheikh as Head of Operations
Innovartan Technologies has appointed Anwar Sheikh as Head of Operations, strengthening its leadership as the company scales its school-integrated, technology-led learning solutions across India’s K–12 education ecosystem.
Anwar Sheikh brings over 20 years of experience across EdTech and K–12 education, with a track record of building and operating large-scale learning platforms focused on measurable outcomes. In his new role, he will oversee end-to-end operations, spanning academic delivery, product execution, and platform scalability, as Innovartan Technologies expands its footprint with schools nationwide.
Prior to joining Innovartan Technologies, Sheikh was a founding team member at Embibe, a Jio EdTech company that raised over USD 180 million. During Embibe’s high-growth phase, he played a key role in shaping the company’s academic strategy, product design, and operational execution. He led multiple functions, including Content and Media Development, Product Academics, Learning Outcomes, and Sales Operations, aligning pedagogy with data-led product systems.
Under his leadership, Embibe built AI-driven content and delivery platforms serving students and teachers across 36 education boards in India, with localisation in 11 Indian languages in addition to English. The platforms covered diverse learning formats ranging from structured text and video to simulations and immersive AR-VR, enabling scale while maintaining curriculum relevance across regions.
