Shloka Translation
BG – Ch. 18- Ver. 69:
They provide Me with more loving service than any other person, and they will always hold a special place in my heart.
Explanation
The gift of spiritual understanding is one of the highest presents we can give since it has the power to completely change the recipient for all eternity. Divine understanding can never be purchased with material goods.
The most loving duty one can perform for God, according to Shree Krishna, is to share the Bhagavad Gita’s knowledge. But people who give lectures on the Bhagavad Gita shouldn’t think they’re accomplishing anything. The right mindset for a teacher is to view themselves as God’s tool and give all the glory to the Lord’s grace.
Verse & what we can learn
The Lord holds the Gita’s teachers in the highest regard. Therefore, spreading his teaching is the best method to win the Lord’s Grace. The finest way to serve the Lord is through this. The Lord is eager to share His message with the most serious seekers possible out of love and compassion for humanity. All of his followers are expected to study the Gita and spread its teachings. Everyone wants to win the Lord’s favour by performing various acts of devotion.
The Lord declares that the dearest of his followers are those who spread His truth. The average person might not be able to perform heroic deeds in the interest of humanity. But he has the ability to learn the Gita and share its priceless message with others in whatever way he can.
