Feb 11: Run For Ram 2026, the 4th edition of the national marathon that celebrates fitness, discipline and culture, is set to return to Ayodhya with renewed purpose and scale and proudly announces the Government of Goa as its Silver Partner and the Government of Chhattisgarh along with the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority (NRANVP) as its Bronze Partner. The partnerships mark a significant milestone in the event’s journey, reinforcing its growing national relevance and institutional support.

Scheduled on 22nd February at Ram Katha Park, Ayodhya, the event is being organized by Kreeda Bharati, an organisation formed under the auspices of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). With devotion at its core and inspired by physical fitness and social bonding, the marathon remains a meaningful space where spirituality and athleticism discipline.
The association with the Government of Goa as a Silver Partner is a recognition of the state’s dedication to the promotion of fitness, young people, and an active lifestyle through significant initiatives across the country. Hence, the vision for sports development and wellness from the Government of Goa will be embossed across the country with a movement that advocates for endurance and the sprit of unity and collectivism. Additionally, the partnership increases the credibility of Run For Ram as a nationally supported movement.
Joining as Bronze Partner, the Government of Chhattisgarh and Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority showcase Chhattisgarh’s ancient Ramayanic connect as Shri Ram Ji ka Nanihal, along with the contemporary governance and vision of planned growth of city life of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. Here, the prospect of cultural legacy and progressive planning finds an enlarged place within the overall concept of Run For Ram, significantly increasing the overall Ramayanic reach beyond Ayodhya itself and increasing the national appeal of the marathon.
While commenting on the partnerships, Shri Awanish Kumar Singh, State President, Kreeda Bharati Uttar Pradesh, said,
“Run For Ram has emerged as a national movement that connects physical fitness with our civilisational values seamlessly. The support extended by the Government of Goa and the Government of Chhattisgarh to our initiative signifies their commitment to creating an atmosphere of unity, fitness, and cultural awakening through mass participation.”
The upcoming edition of Run For Ram 2026 promises the participation of over 10,000 runners across the nation as well as other countries as people with varying identities, such as athletes, fitness enthusiasts, families, new-age runners, elderly citizens, and devotional-minded people, unite to provide a common aim of unification under the festival of wellness and nationalistic pride.
Further strengthening the inclusivity aspect and knowledge component of the event, Stree India Sports Foundation (SISF) comes on board as the Knowledge Partner for Run For Ram 2026 in the pursuit of taking the cause of women’s involvement, inclusion, and leadership in endurance sport further.
With strong institutional partnerships in place along with rising nationwide participation, “Run For Ram 2026” promises to once again turn the holy land of Ayodhya into an iconic symbol of faith, fitness, and national unity.
